// Terms and Conditions
The Soliosity Energy Storage Referral Program rewards our valued customers for referring friends, family, or neighbors (non-Soliosity customers) with a Referral Reward when their referral integrates a Soliosity battery system into their home or business. This reward program does not apply to current customers who are adding a battery system to another property or expanding an existing Soliosity battery system.
Herein, the Soliosity customer making the referral shall be referred to as the “Referrer,” and the individual being referred shall be referred to as the “Friend.”
// Reward Payout
The cash reward will be dispensed only upon the completion of the battery system installation.
- For Friends that install a battery system totaling less than 20 kWh, the Referrer will receive $500.
- For Friends that install a battery system of 25-60 kWh or more, the Referrer will receive $750.
- For Friends that install a battery system totaling 200 kWh+, the Referrer will receive $1,000.
// Qualifying for a Referral Reward
To earn a referral reward, the Referrer must be identified as such on the Friend’s account, achieved through one of the following:
- The Referrer must submit the details through the Soliosity Quick Referral Form.
- The Friend must inform their Energy Storage Consultant of the referral, providing the Referrer’s name before signing their Energy Storage Agreement.
Soliosity will inform Referrers when a referral is confirmed, and again when the installation is completed. Reward checks will be issued within 90 days post-installation.
// Multiple Referrals
In instances where multiple customers refer the same Friend, the reward will be divided equally among the Referrers.
// Program Duration
This program is effective for referrals made after its inception on January 1, 2024 and will remain active until its conclusion, which Soliosity may determine at any time, without prior notice to participants. The value of the Referral Reward may constitute taxable income, and Soliosity may issue a Form 1099-MISC and file it with the IRS. Responsibility for any federal or state taxes arising from the Referral Reward rests with the recipient.
