How Can I Spread the Word About Energy Savings with Soliosity?
Soliosity’s Referral Rewards program is exclusively for our valued customers. You can share the benefits of energy-efficient battery solutions and earn rewards by referring others through these convenient methods:
- Online: Fill out our Quick Referral Form with the email addresses of friends who are interested in innovative battery solutions.
- By Phone: Call our Energy Advisors at 619-365-5025 with your referrals’ details, or refer them to the Advisor who assisted you.
- In-Person: Mention your referrals to your Soliosity Energy Advisor or any team member during your interactions.
How Does the Referral Program Work?
When you refer a friend, they’ll receive an invitation to discuss battery solutions with us. You’re eligible for a referral reward once they sign a contract and their system is installed (see Terms and Conditions). You’ll receive an email notification when your referral is in progress and another when your referral reward is on its way.
What Can I Tell Friends About Soliosity's Battery Solutions?
Share your personal journey: “Soliosity simplified my transition to an energy-efficient home. Their battery solutions have cut my energy costs and my home’s carbon footprint. Soliosity is all about clean energy made easy and affordable, with no obligation to explore your options. Remember to mention my name!”
Can Non-Customers Join the Referral Program?
Only Soliosity customers can earn referral rewards, ensuring they have first-hand experience with our solutions.
Who Can I Refer to Soliosity?
Refer anyone not currently a Soliosity customer – friends, family, colleagues, or acquaintances.
How and When Do I Get Rewarded?
After your referral’s installation, we’ll send an email to confirm and a check will follow. Watch for it in your mailbox!
What If My Referral Doesn’t Convert Immediately?
Referrals are valid for one year, giving you plenty of time to encourage them to explore battery solutions with us. You can refer them again if needed.
Are Multiple Rewards Possible for the Same Referral?
We honor unique referrals; multiple products purchased by the same referral only count once.
What If My Referral Cancels?
Rewards are contingent on completed installations. Cancellations disqualify the referral reward.
Who Qualifies for the Referral Payment?
All current Soliosity customers with installed systems are eligible.
What Are the Rewards?
Earn a minimum of $500 for every referral that leads to a battery system installation. There’s no cap – the more you refer, the more you earn!
What If My Referral Forgets to Mention My Name?
Remind your referrals to mention your name; untracked referrals cannot be credited after the fact.
Can I Refer Myself for Multiple Properties?
Additional installations at new properties don’t qualify for rewards but ask us about special discounts.
